In order to provide the utmost safety and security for our customers, employees and our communities, we are following Governor Abbott's Executive Order that was announced on July 2nd, 2020, mandating the wearing of face masks and limiting public gatherings to 10 people. Therefore, we have decided to once again close all of our banking center lobbies, beginning end of business on July 3rd, 2020, until further notice. All Citizens Bank Drive-Thrus will maintain their current operating schedule, as will the Kilgore In-Store location.
All customers will continue to have 24/7 access to our ATM's, TeleBanking, CB Debit Card Services, Online Banking, and our Mobile Banking App. For more information, contact your local banking center.
- ALL Citizens Bank lobbies will close beginning EOB Friday, July 3rd, except the Kilgore In-Store, which will retain normal business hours.
- Customers will be able to call and make an appointment for such things as safe deposit box access, notary services and certain loan discussions and closings.
- Drive-Thru hours for ALL locations will remain as they currently are.
- Customers who enter the bank will be required to follow the Governor's mandate of wearing a face mask.
Per the FDIC, the consumer FAQ assures customers that the bank is the safest place for their money and that a branch closure or lobby closure has no bearing on an account’s insured status and addresses other questions about how the FDIC is encouraging banks to handle customer difficulties.
