To promote the economic growth and quality of life in the communities we serve by providing services that are competitively priced and designed to meet a diverse range of financial needs.


Since 1949, Citizens Bank’s hometown approach to banking has been focused on community banking, highlighted by local leadership and decision making, a devotion to community and personalized service.


At Citizens Bank, we are committed to serving the financial needs of each local community where we have Banking Centers, with an emphasis on all types of lending to owner-operated small businesses. 


Our pledge to our customers is to deliver quality personalized service, to ensure a quick response to requests and to have direct contact with the decision maker who is closely involved with our customers and their business.  Strong, successful, small businesses translates into prosperous growing communities.


Our goal is to actively participate in the communities where we live, work and play.  The commitment to the communities we serve is demonstrated through the financial support we provide to local organizations and the volunteer efforts of our staff.


Citizens Bank employees are leaders, members and volunteers of charitable organizations and events including: Student Board, Habitat for Humanity, Boys and Girls Club, American Cancer Society, Chambers of Commerce, among others.


Citizens Bank plays an active role in the financing of community development projects that are aligned with these objectives, while working closely with municipalities and school districts to provide quality banking services.


Our Bank is as close to “banking with a handshake”, the way it used to be, as you can find in today’s environment.   Our dedication to our customers and the communities we serve is genuine and very much at the heart of the values that Citizens Bank represents.
