Citizens Bank offers a checking account that covers the small business customer to the larger commercial business.

Small Business Checking

• $500 Minimum deposit to open
• Monthly service fee of $10.00 if average daily balance falls below $1,000.00
• No fee on the first 100 withdrawals per monthly statement cycle
• Activity fee of $.20 per withdrawal in excess of the 100 allowed
• Imaged copies of checks included with the monthly statement

High volume accounts may be subject to account analysis at the discretion of Citizens Bank

Commercial Business Checking

• $1,000 Minimum deposit to open
• Monthly maintenance fee of $10.00
• Each withdrawal processed $.12
• Each deposit processed $.20
• Each deposit item processed $.05
• Imaged copies of checks included with the monthly statement

An FDIC insurance charge is also assessed on the average ledger balance of the account. The earnings credit is calculated on the average daily balance. The earnings credit rate changes monthly and is tied to the average monthly rate of the 90 day Treasury Bill. If the calculated earnings credit during the monthly statement cycle is larger than the monthly service fee, there will be no monthly charge.

Business Money Market Savings

• $1,000 Minimum deposit to open
• Monthly service fee of $15.00 if average daily balance falls below $1,000.00
• Six withdrawals (no more than three can be checks payable to third parties)
• $20.00 per excess withdrawal
• Unlimited in person withdrawals
• Variable rate of interest
  • Set periodically
  • May change without notice
  • No minimum balance
  • Interest accrues on average daily balance and is compounded and paid monthly

Business Savings

•  $500 Minimum deposit to open
• Quarterly service fee of $15.00 if average daily balance falls below $500.00
• Three withdrawals per quarter
• $6.00 per excess withdrawal
• Variable rate of interest
  • Set periodically
  • May change without notice
  • No minimum balance
  • Interest accrues on average daily balance and is compounded and paid quarterly
   

There will be a $10.00 service charge on accounts closed within the first thirty days of opening!

• Can be used anywhere with a secure Internet connection
• Makes sure depositing money is streamlined and accurate
• Allows merchants to keep an on site image of all deposits for research
• Allows for the consolidation of multiple regional or national deposit locations into a single deposit account.
• All items / checks qualify for ACH payments.
